Screw Sizing Chart
Determine the correct screw length based on your cabinet door thickness.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ORDERING NOTE: Standard 1" (25mm) screws are included by default, as they fit most standard cabinet doors. If your door thickness requires a different screw length from the chart above, please specify the required size in the order notes (e.g., "Need 35mm screws") when placing your order.
Installation Steps
STEP 1: MEASURE & MARK
-
Hold the hardware against the cabinet door or drawer to visualize the placement.
-
Use masking tape on the door surface (to protect the finish) and mark the screw hole locations with a pencil.
-
Tip: For handles/pulls, use a level to ensure they are perfectly straight.
STEP 2: DRILL PILOT HOLES
-
Double-check your measurements.
-
Drill straight through the marked points using a 3/16" (5 mm) drill bit.
-
Important: Keep the drill perpendicular (90° angle) to the door surface to avoid angled screw entry.
STEP 3: INSERT SCREWS
-
Insert the included mounting screws from the inside (back) of the cabinet door or drawer.
-
Push them through until they protrude slightly from the front.
STEP 4: TIGHTEN & ADJUST
-
Align the handle or knob with the screws on the front.
-
Tighten securely with a Phillips screwdriver.
-
Caution: Do not over-tighten with a power drill, as this may strip the threads or damage the cabinet finish.
💡 Pro Tips
-
Wide Drawers: For drawers wider than 30 inches, we recommend installing two pulls (positioned at 1/3 and 2/3 width) for a balanced load and smoother operation.
-
Positioning:
-
Slab Doors: Center the hardware vertically or place it in the corner.
-
Shaker Doors: Align the hardware on the center of the vertical rail (frame).
-
-
Consistency: If installing multiple pieces, creating a template (jig) out of cardboard is highly recommended to ensure every handle is at the exact same height.
