Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 1-3 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 4 to 15 working days depending on your location. In total, you can expect to receive your hardware within 5-18 working days from the date of purchase.

How much is shipping?

We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order value:

• Orders under $100: $6.00
• Orders $100 - $200: $10.00
• Orders $200 - $300: $16.00
• Orders over $300: FREE SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

JOLEE HOME operates on a Factory-Direct Model. We partner directly with specialized manufacturers to ship our curated hardware straight to you. This allows us to cut out the middleman and offer premium architectural-grade hardware at a fraction of the retail price.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. However, please note that for international orders (outside the U.S.), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new and unused condition with their original packaging and accessories.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

It depends on the reason for the return:

• Defective/Wrong Items: We cover the shipping cost.
• Change of Mind/Personal Preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! We stand behind our quality with a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, finish integrity, and mechanical issues under normal use.

Product & Installation

Are mounting screws included?

Yes, every pull and knob comes with mounting screws included in the box, so you are ready to install them right away.

How do I clean my hardware?

To maintain the finish, simply clean your hardware with a soft, damp cloth. Please avoid using abrasive sponges, chemical cleaners, or bleach, as these can damage the protective lacquer and void the warranty.

Do you offer samples?

We recommend purchasing a single knob or pull first to see if it matches your cabinets. Since we offer a straightforward return policy, you can easily order a sample to test the look and feel before committing to a full kitchen renovation.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We securely process payments via PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance, or you can use any major credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) through PayPal's "Guest Checkout" option without needing a PayPal account.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please email support@joleehome.com immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it, but we will assist you with a return if needed.
