At JOLEE HOME, we want you to love your new hardware. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
⚠️ Important: How to Start a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on your shipping label.
To initiate a return, you must contact our support team first at support@joleehome.com.
Our customer service team will verify your request and provide you with the correct return warehouse address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and Uninstalled: Items that have been installed or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
- Original Packaging: Must be in the original box with all original accessories (screws, mounting hardware, etc.).
3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
- Contact Us: Email us at support@joleehome.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 24 hours with the correct return address.
- Pack & Ship: Pack the items securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs (or provide a free replacement). Please provide photos of the issue when contacting us.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning items due to personal preference (e.g., size didn't fit, changed mind on color), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or finish, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
