At JOLEE HOME, we are committed to processing and delivering your cabinet hardware orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping procedures and timelines below.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within standard business days. Please refer to the timeline below to estimate your delivery date:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday - Friday.
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 Working Days (Mon-Fri).
- Shipping Transit Time: 4 - 15 Working Days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 5 - 18 Working Days from the order date.
*Note: "Working Days" refers to Monday through Friday and excludes national holidays.
U.S. Shipping Rates
Our shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $300.

Remote Areas & Zones
We ship to most locations within the United States. Please note that orders shipping to remote areas or non-contiguous states (Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii) may be subject to additional shipping fees or extended transit times. Any applicable extra fees will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging materials, as they may be needed for insurance claims.
