1-Year Limited Warranty

JOLEE HOME warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered?

We will replace, free of charge, any product that proves to be defective under normal installation and use. Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any structural flaws or defects arising from the production process.
  • Finish Integrity: Protection against tarnishing, peeling, or discoloration under normal care and indoor conditions.
  • Mechanical Stability: Issues related to threaded components (screw holes) and the structural integrity of the pull or knob.

What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper Installation: Damage caused by over-tightening screws, stripping threads during installation, or using incorrect tools.
  • Harsh Cleaning Agents: Damage to the finish caused by the use of abrasives, chemical cleaners, bleach, solvents, or exposure to excessive moisture/salt air. (Please clean only with a soft, damp cloth).
  • Commercial Use: Products used in commercial, industrial, or outdoor environments.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Minor scratches or abrasions that occur over time through regular use.

Limitation of Liability

Important: This warranty covers the replacement of the defective product only. JOLEE HOME is not responsible for labor costs, installation fees, or removal expenses incurred during the replacement process. We are also not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

How to Make a Claim

If you encounter an issue with your hardware, we are here to help. To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email our support team at support@joleehome.com.
  2. Include your Order Number (Proof of Purchase).
  3. Attach clear photos or a video showing the defect.

Our team will review your claim and arrange for a prompt replacement or support solution.
